roostertail.com is run by The Roostertail, 100 Marquette Drive, Detroit, Michigan 48214. By using the site you agree to the few terms below.

The site is information, not a contract

Prices, packages, capacities and dates on this site are accurate to the best of our knowledge on the date they were published, and they change. Nothing here is an offer to book. An event is booked only when you and The Roostertail sign an event agreement, and that agreement, not this page, governs your event: pricing, deposits, headcounts, timing, cancellation and everything else.

Inquiries

Sending an inquiry through the site does not hold a date. A date is held only when our sales team confirms it in writing under the event agreement. We will reply to every inquiry, but we cannot guarantee a date is still open by the time we do.

Public events and tickets

Tickets for public events such as Christmas at the Tail and Yacht Rock Detroit are sold on separate sites run by those events. Their terms apply to those purchases. Links from this site to those sites are provided for convenience.

Photographs, words and marks

The photographs, video, text and the Roostertail name and script mark on this site belong to The Roostertail or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to the site. Please do not copy the photographs or text for your own use without asking us first. Photographs of past events are shown with the permission of the hosts or as part of the venue's own record; if you appear in one and would rather not, email us and we will take it down.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the site accurate and online, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, The Roostertail is not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on information on it. This does not limit any liability under a signed event agreement.
