The night of the year, on the water.
Floor-to-ceiling windows over the Detroit River upstairs, a dance floor that rises out of the ground downstairs, and a private lot chaperones appreciate. Students have called it, in their words, Instagram-worthy.
Prom here does not need decorating. The windows do it and the skyline does the rest. Schools across southeast Michigan have run their night in these rooms for decades.

The venue is absolutely gorgeous and the students deemed it “Instagram-worthy.” So pretty, we didn't need to bring in additional decoration.
The Roostertail blew us away with various surprises throughout the night that made the Prom an unforgettable one. We can't say enough about everyone at Roostertail for making this Prom the best one yet!

Proms are priced from the special-event packages: $69 a person for stationed hot appetizers or $75 for a plated or buffet dinner, each with a 4-hour event, 3.5 hours of non-alcoholic beverage service and cake cutting. Sales tax of 6 percent, a 24 percent gratuity and the room rental are added.
Up to 800 in the Palm River Room, with floor-to-ceiling glass over the Detroit River. Smaller classes fit the Marine Room, which holds 300 and has a dance floor that rises out of the ground.
Parking is free in our own private lot on site, which prom organizers have told us they appreciate.

We do it. The Roostertail has its own executive chef and its own bar program, and everything served here comes out of our kitchen. One team runs the food, the bar and the room.
100 Marquette Drive, Detroit, on the east riverfront beside the marina, just west of the bridge to Belle Isle and a short drive from downtown along Jefferson Avenue. Parking is free, in our own private lot on site.
