A wedding here is priced in three parts, and we would rather show you all three now than one now and two later. The per-person package is the first of them. It is not the whole cost.
What the per-person price does include is tax and gratuity, so that figure is not waiting to grow. There is also no separate food and beverage minimum to reach.

Sliding scale, set by your per-person rate, guest count, date, time and room. The higher the per-person spend, the lower the site fee. On average it runs $4,500 to $9,500. There is no separate food and beverage minimum.

Every ceremony is followed immediately by your reception.
The per-person price covers dinner, the open bar, a champagne toast for the head table, cake cutting, a venue coordinator on the night, and the tax and the gratuity. You are not adding 30 percent at the end.
The site fee ranges from $4,500 to $9,500 and depends on your date, time, room, guest count and package. There is no separate food and beverage minimum. It covers the tables, Chiavari chairs with cushions, house linens and napkins, chargers, table numbers, LED color lighting, Wi-Fi, bartenders, free parking, private restrooms for your room and the waterfront for photos.
Package One ($149) is a 4.5-hour reception with a 4-hour house open bar. Package Two ($179), the most popular, is 5 hours with a 4.5-hour premium bar and passed hors d'oeuvres. Package Three ($219) is 5 hours with a top-shelf bar, passed hors d'oeuvres, a dual plated dinner and a late-night snack.
It is a separate, one-time fee if you marry here: $2,750 on the Marine Room patio or $3,850 on the Palm River deck. It includes guest arrival time, the ceremony, a rehearsal, chairs and setup and a weather backup plan.
Children and vendor meals are $75 each. Halal meals are available for an added $5 a person.
Yes. Bar service past the package's hours is $14 a person plus tax and gratuity for each additional 30 minutes, based on your original guest count.
The latest end time is 11 PM. Going to midnight is possible for an added charge.
