Before coming to the Roostertail, Shawna's career began with Executive Caterers in Columbus, OH. At Executive Caterers, Shawna was responsible for the onsite and offsite sales which included organizing catering for over 31 major sporting events throughout North America. At the Roostertail, Shawna personally oversees every facet of our weddings and proms from the initial contact to the menu selection. Shawna has a distinct knowledge of how to bring an amazing moment together for the special couple or the graduating class. "I know more about this facility than anyone else here and I can improvise. I can save them money and walk them through the event from start to finish - from getting invitations done to helping get limos if they are having a problem.
