Sara has been working in the Event industry since high school. She has worked all types of events; weddings, festivals and corporate events. Her passion for event industry comes out in every event she helps plans. No matter what event she works, she always brings an exciting and unique energy to the event. She has her Bachelors in Recreation and Event Management and is excited to bring her skills and knowledge to the Roostertail team.


Nichelle Pride

When it comes to quality, which is something customers have come to expect at the Roostertail, there’s nobody better suited to the task than someone whose last name happens to be “Pride.” From the color selection of the linens – which can range anywhere from burgundy to silver, ivory with ivory bows, fall colors, spring colors, etc. – to the in-house hand washed and hand pressed white and black rounds, presentation is everything. In an effort to make every party special, Nichelle arranges everything to have a crease, right down to the chair covers and bows.


Shawna Eaton-Peplinski

With over 21 years of sales and catering experience Shawna has been working at the Roostertail for over 14 years and has transformed the wedding and prom events into spectacular affairs. Before coming to the Roostertail, Shawna’s career began with Executive Caterers in Columbus, OH. At Executive Caterers, Shawna was responsible for the onsite and offsite sales which included organizing catering for over 31 major sporting events throughout North America. At the Roostertail, Shawna personally oversees every facet of our weddings and proms from the initial contact to the menu selection. Shawna has a distinct knowledge of how to bring an amazing moment together for the special couple or the graduating class.

Sydney brings in a fun, cutting-edge dynamic to every event; whether it is a Mitzvah, Wedding, Anniversary, Birthday Party, Corporate Event etc. Her goal is to build and compose a personal relationship with each prospective client. Sydney loves the thrill and excitement that goes into each and every event. She also strives to go beyond people’s expectations. “I love meeting new people and helping them create their event of a lifetime.”

After graduating California State University, Chico with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Hospitality Management, Nicole worked as an Event Coordinator at an olive oil company in Northern California. Looking to try out the hotel industry, Nicole moved to Santa Barbara, California to work with a boutique hotel company in their operations and catering productions, working with weddings, social events and corporate meetings. Looking to make the move across country, she found herself in Michigan at the gorgeous waterfront views of the Roostertail. “There are always new trends and creative ideas in the event industry. I love that the Roostertail puts no limits on their client’s ideas.”
