Food stations represent a unique opportunity to entertain in the exclusive atmosphere of the Roostertail. Our culinary staff will prepare your guests entrees right before their eyes. At their leisure guests will delight in dining at these delectable culinary areas suited for their specific tastes during your event.

Garden Salad Bar  

A make it yourself salad bar, with fresh garden greens, tomatoes, scallions, Spanish onion, green peppers, carrots, homemade croutons, chopped eggs, olives, pepperoni, garbanzo beans, real bacon bits, and other seasonal vegetables, served with a selection of salad dressings.

 

Pasta Di Roma 

Fettucinni, Spinach and Cheese Tortellini served with Tempting Sauces including;  Red Sauce with Meatballs, and Pasta Primavera with freshly grated Parmesan.  Served with Garlic Bread

 

Asian Stir Fry* 

Large woks with sizzling oil ready to fry up your favorite Far Eastern delicacy.  Strips of succulent chicken breasts, fried rice mushrooms, crisp noodles, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, and bean sprouts.  Crispy wontons, with hot and sour plum sauce complete this oriental delight.

 

Roast Baron of Beef* 

Corn fed beef, slowly oven roasted to perfection.  Carved in the room by a chef's assistant.  Served with an assortment of fresh bakery rolls and breads, and a selection of condiments including: mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, horseradish, and creamery butter.  Accompanied by Roostertail signature garlic smashed mashed potatoes.

 

Slice of Life Sweet Table 

A variety of whole and sliced cakes, pies, torts, mini pastries and oversized cookies

Pan Fried Lake Trout* 

Fresh Idaho lake trout filets dredged in seasoned flour, then sautéed in light oil, tender and sweet, one of our most popular stations.  Served with lemon wedges and tarter sauce.  Accompanied by crisp seasonal stir fry vegetables.

This sweet table is a selection of fabulous pastries and delectable delights.  Hazelnut, amaretto, chocolate, and black forest tortes. Chocolate swirl, strawberry, and New York style cheesecakes.  Fresh fruit pies, homemade brownies and cookies. Miniature French pastries including napoleons, éclairs, cream puffs, cheesecakes, and tortes.

Garden Salad Bar

Mediterranean Table

A medley of Mediterranean dishes displayed with whole fruits and vegetables, hummus, taboli, spinach, spanokopita’s, pita bread, black olives, marinated artichoke hearts with a variety of crackers and breads.

  

Sushi Wa*

A variety of Sushi to include California Rolls, lobster tail sushi, eel sushi and caviar sushi displayed on ties of multi leveled glass featured in a large ice tray with Sapporo beer.  Accompanied by chop sticks, ginger, soy and wasabi.

 

Pasta Di Soave

Egg, tomato, spinach, and squid flavors in the varieties of fettuccini, rotini, and tagliatelli served with tempting sauces including; seafood sauce, red sauce with meatballs, and pasta primavera with freshly grated Parmesan.  Served with garlic bread

 

Petite Filet Flambé*

3 ½ ounce petite filets marinated, seasoned then flambéed to perfection with cognac overseen by our Chef.  Accompanied by garlic smashed mashed potatoes, assorted condiments and silver dollar rolls.

 

Crab Cake Sautee*

Hand crafted petite crab cakes prepared on a flat top grill in your room by an experienced member of our culinary staff served with spicy mustard. 

 

Feta & Spinach Pork Loin*

Whole pork tenderloins seasoned and stuffed with spinach and feta cheese, cooked to perfection then carved in your room by a member of our culinary staff.  Accompanied by roasted redskin potatoes and silver dollar rolls. 

 

Crepe Suzette

Thin light as air pancakes sautéed by a member of our culinary staff in creamery butter and grand mariner.  Flambéed with a variety of fresh fruit toppings, then lightly dusted with confectioner’s sugar.
